SHARIF AUTOS does not operate an in-app account system or remote booking database in the current version of the app. Information saved locally is not automatically uploaded to SHARIF AUTOS servers.

Email Requests and Support

When you choose to send a service request, inquiry, or support message, the app may open an email application installed on your device with information prepared by you.

The email is sent only after you review and submit it through your chosen email provider. Information included in that email may be received and retained by SHARIF AUTOS at info@sharifautos.site and processed for purposes such as:

SHARIF AUTOS does not intentionally send your locally stored profile, favourite, or booking information to image-hosting providers. Images may also be temporarily cached on your device to improve loading performance.

The current version of the app does not intentionally collect or request:

• Bank account or payment-card details
• Mobile wallet credentials
• Contacts
• SMS or call logs
• Microphone recordings
• Photos or videos
• Precise background location

• Advertising identifiers for targeted advertising
• Health, investment, lending, cryptocurrency, or gambling information

The app does not include advertisements, analytics SDKs, online card payments, loans, investments, cryptocurrency, gambling, or reward schemes.

Permissions

The app should request only permissions needed for its actual features. Depending on the final build, these may include:

• Internet access, for loading online service images
• Notifications, only if you voluntarily enable local service reminders

Notification permission is optional. You can deny or disable it through your device settings. The app does not require precise location permission for ordinary service booking; users may type their service address manually.

Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored information remains on your device until you:

• Delete the relevant record inside the app, where that option is available
• Clear the app's storage through Android settings
• Uninstall the app

Messages and booking details sent by email may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

You may request deletion of personal information previously sent to SHARIF AUTOS by emailing info@sharifautos.site. We may need to retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate recordkeeping and dispute-resolution purposes.
